Changes to the rules of the funds managed by UB Fund Management Company Ltd on May 15, 2024

On March 27, 2024, the board of UB Fund Management Company Ltd decided on changes to the rules of the investment funds managed by the company. As a result of these rule changes, the names of UB Asia REIT Plus Fund (UCITS), UB European REIT Fund (UCITS), UB Global REIT Fund (UCITS), and UB North America REIT Fund (UCITS) will be changed as follows:

1. The new name of the UB Asia REIT Plus Fund (UCITS) is UB Asia Real Estate Equity (UCITS) (in Swedish Placeringsfond UB Asien Fastighetsaktie, in Finnish UB Aasia Kiinteistöosake).
2. The new name of the UB European REIT Fund (UCITS) is UB Europe Real Estate Equity (UCITS) (in Swedish Placeringsfond UB Europa Fastighetsaktie, in Finnish UB Eurooppa Kiinteistöosake).
3. The new name of the UB Global REIT Fund (UCITS) is UB Global Real Estate Equity (UCITS) (in Swedish Placeringsfond UB Global Fastighetsaktie, in Finnish UB Global Kiinteistöosake).
4. The new name of the UB North America REIT Fund (UCITS) is UB North America Real Estate Equity (UCITS) (in Swedish Placeringsfond UB Nordamerika Fastighetsaktie, in Finnish UB Pohjois-Amerikka Kiinteistöosake).

In addition, the restriction on investing the fund's assets only in securities listed in OECD countries has been removed from the rules of the UB Global REIT Fund (UCITS). After the rule change, the fund's portfolio management can invest the fund's assets internationally without the mentioned restriction.

The updated rules of the funds can be found on the funds' websites (https://www.unitedbankers.com/funds). The rule changes do not require any action from the unit holders.
